We need to be as disciplined, resourceful, and hard-wearing in our efforts as we question our people to be in theirs.

Relentless leadership is embracing the fact that the need for reinforcement never ends and uncomfortable conversations are a necessity at era. This is how we make something special (and that’s what we want).
