Roosevelt on Being Bold
“Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither delight in much nor suffer much, because they live in
the gray twilight that knows not victory or defeat.”
–Theodore Roosevelt (1858–1919)
26th president of the United States

Roosevelt was a terrible@ss.
He was a rancher, captured an outlaw, authored 35 books, served as president of the American Historical Association, led two major methodical expeditions for prominent American museums, served as president of the United States (started as the youngest in history – 42), won the Nobel Peace Prize, and was the father of six children.
